FAQs

What’s the difference between pcn and couples or individual coaching?

PCN is our community of couples that meets regularly to support one another’s relationships and goals and learn about key topics and skills. The goal is to create meaningful, healthy, and lasting relationships in which everyone flourishes and is fulfilled. Coaching, on the other hand, is 1:1 or 2:1 and involves more tailored support to help overcome specific challenges and reach each couple’s or individual’s goals. Both the PCN community and coaching services are offered by Cra-Z-Dreams Life Skills Development LLC.

what is the difference between coaching and counseling?

We offer coaching, not counseling. The focus of coaching is to help you take ownership of your life and develop a mindset more conducive to creating desirable outcomes. We introduce you to some tools, tips, and resources that might help you reach your goals if applied effectively. We also check on your progress to help hold you accountable to your commitments. Coaching does not guarantee success and it is not a replacement for counseling. Couples and individuals facing deeper challenges or needing mental health support should seek therapy when appropriate.

how often should i attend coaching sessions and how long do they last?

Frequency of coaching sessions varies for each couple or person based on need and availability. Sessions are available in 25 minute and 50 minute slots. Please work with your coach to determine what works best for you and coordinate scheduling.

when and where does pcn meet?

Frequency of PCN sessions typically ranges from monthly to bi-monthly based on availability. Examples of topics discussed include romance and intimacy, communication, conflict resolution, personal finance, career development, fulfillment and purpose, building a legacy, and much more. Most sessions are virtual, with occasional in-person sessions and conferences held throughout the year. PCN members are granted access to an online calendar of events for ease of reference.

can anyone join pcn?

PCN is not for everyone. The group is most effective for committed couples in which both parties are prepared to do the work and share PCN’s vision. This is why every couple interested in PCN begins with a free consultation to determine if it’s a good fit for both PCN and the couple.

what’s the difference between pcn and couples counseling?

PCN is not counseling. It is a community of married couples providing support to one another and expanding our knowledge in areas that can help create meaningful, healthy, lasting, and productive lives, relationships and families. Though PCN provides access to insights, tools, and resources that might be helpful, the information is not prescriptive and is for informational purposes only. It is up to each couple to decide what’s best for them and their marriage. PCN does not guarantee success and it is not a replacement for counseling, which we do not offer. Couples and individuals facing deeper challenges or needing mental health support should seek therapy when appropriate.
